Dubai, UAE – Real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, during last week’s transactions, more than 9.58 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 3,841 transactions. It included sales worth 6.35 billion dirhams. This reflects the continued confidence of investors in the real estate sector in the emirate, and the continued investment momentum.
Real estate sales were distributed as follows: 2,515 sales of residential units, 153 sales of buildings, and 182 sales of land, for a total of 2,850 transactions.
Sales of ready-made properties amounted to about 2.87 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 890 deals, distributed as follows: 648 transactions for residential units, 60 transactions for buildings, and 182 transactions for land. While real estate sales surpassed the map, recording about 3.48 billion dirhams across 1,960 deals, distributed as follows: 1,867 transactions for residential units and 93 transactions for buildings.
The mortgage recorded 859 transactions worth AED 2.17 billion. Distributed into 529 residential unit transactions, 94 building transactions, and 236 land transactions.
The value of donations amounted to approximately 1.06 billion dirhams, with 132 transactions. Distributed over 99 residential unit transactions, 10 building transactions, and 23 land transactions.
