Today, Friday, July 24, 2026, the friendly matches played by clubs as part of their preparations for the start of the new football season continue, with a number of prominent matches taking place today at the European and Arab levels.
Barcelona will play a friendly match against Europa, in a game that could see Egyptian striker Hamza Abdel Karim make his debut for the Catalan club.
On the Arab level, Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal will meet South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns, while Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahli will face Portugal’s Vitoria Guimaraes, as part of preparations for the upcoming season.
Manchester United will also meet Rosenborg of Norway as part of their pre-season tour.
