Amman, Jordan – The Jordanian Armed Forces affirmed their categorical rejection of any violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty or the use of its airspace in any way that threatens its security and stability, stressing that it will deal firmly with any attempt that affects the safety of Jordanian lands or exposes citizens to danger.
The Jordanian army affirmed that protecting national airspace and borders is a top priority. It also stated that the armed forces continue to carry out their defensive missions with high efficiency.
In addition, the forces are taking all necessary military measures to maintain the security of the Kingdom in light of the rapid regional developments.
He added that the armed forces are monitoring the situation around the clock and are operating at the highest level of readiness to deal with any developments, emphasizing that Jordan will not allow its airspace or territory to be used for any actions that could affect its national security or threaten the country’s stability.
This affirmation comes amid escalating military tensions in the region. Furthermore, the Kingdom continues to strengthen its defense measures and coordinate with relevant parties to maintain its security and sovereignty. It also stressed the importance of respecting the sovereignty of states and not jeopardizing their security or stability.
