Cairo, Egypt – Star Amr Saad will begin filming his new series “Men Awel W Gedid” at the beginning of May, in preparation for its release on a digital platform as part of the “off season” release plan, a move that aligns with the evolution of the modern broadcasting landscape.

A different experience for the first time

Amr Saad embarks on a different experience in the series, appearing for the first time as a lawyer in a comedic role—a notable shift in his career, which is usually characterized by serious characters. The plot revolves around diverse situations that reveal a new facet of his performance, in a work that blends comedy with social commentary, sparking audience curiosity and driving search trends on social media.

Series makers

The series consists of 10 episodes and stars Amr Saad, Bayoumi Fouad, Mohamed Anwar, and Entisar, in addition to a number of guest stars. It is written and directed by Hussein El-Manbawy and produced by Tamer Morsi. It falls within the category of short series that rely on condensed plot development.

After the success of the release

This series comes after the success Amr Saad achieved in the series “Efrag” during Ramadan 2026, which raises expectations about his new project and increases the anticipation among the audience.
