A humanitarian message via Instagram
Nancy Ajram wrote via the Stories feature on her official Instagram account: After a period of silence and reflection, and with a deep sense of responsibility, I announce the resumption of my previously scheduled commitments, and moving forward with the world tour that was set months ago.
Lebanon is present at every step
She continued: “This decision doesn’t stem from a detachment from our bitter reality, but rather from a firm belief that Lebanon must remain present, heard, and seen.”
She added: “I rely on the unwavering love and support of my fans around the world who have waited patiently and faithfully, and who rushed to book their tickets from the moment the concerts were announced.”
Return for art and peace
She concluded: “In order to avoid causing further material and moral losses to the contractors, I am returning to the stage, hoping that my voice will be a bridge towards unity, convergence, and peace. I also hope that the coming days will bring more light, security, and peace to all. I love you.”
