Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The UAE capital welcomed thousands of visitors on the opening day of the 22nd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2025), held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club. The event launched in a vibrant atmosphere, reflecting the growing global interest in hunting, equestrianism, and cultural heritage.

A Diverse Showcase Across 15 Sectors

This year’s edition features 15 distinct sectors, covering all aspects of hunting and equestrianism alongside the latest innovations in equipment and technologies. The exhibition highlights the UAE’s commitment to preserving its cultural heritage while embracing modern advancements in the field.

International Participation and National Pride

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) witnessed a large influx of visitors exploring state-of-the-art products ranging from falconry gear and equestrian equipment to traditional arts and outdoor adventure supplies. The event brought together more than 2,068 exhibitors and brands from around the world, including 552 UAE-based companies, showcasing a rich blend of authenticity and innovation that reflects the diversity of Emirati culture.

Falcon Auctions and Knowledge Exchange

The popular falcon auctions continued to captivate falconry enthusiasts, offering rare, high-quality birds from renowned local and international farms, available both onsite and via digital platforms.
Meanwhile, the Knowledge Hub hosted a variety of educational sessions covering topics such as the role of technology in sustainable development, the history and future of falconry, and the nutritional care of horses and camels, presented by leading experts and specialists.

Live Performances and Cultural Heritage

The dynamic Arena attracted audiences with exciting live shows, including equestrian skills, dog agility displays, and traditional hunting arts. Families also enjoyed a diverse entertainment program, offering an immersive cultural experience that celebrated the UAE’s deep-rooted heritage.

A Premier Regional Destination

Running until September 7, the exhibition features a packed agenda of competitions, family-friendly activities, product launches, and heritage performances. ADIHEX continues to serve as the region’s leading destination for hunting and equestrian enthusiasts, blending heritage and innovation in an unforgettable experience.
