Friday, May 22, 2026, will witness a number of strong and important matches in various competitions, most notably the UAE President’s Cup final between Al Ain and Al Jazira.

The eyes of Emirati football fans are on Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, which will host the highly anticipated match between Al Ain and Al Jazira in the final of the “most prestigious cup,” in a match during which both teams seek to end the season by winning a major title.

Al Ain reached the final after defeating Dubai United 2-0 in the semi-final, while Al Jazira secured their place in the final with a 1-0 victory over Shabab Al Ahli.

In the Egyptian Premier League, the current round of matches continues with several important fixtures, most notably El Gouna vs. Tala’ea El Gaish. Meanwhile, Pharco will face National Bank of Egypt in a crucial relegation battle.

Al Ain vs Al Jazira: 7:40 PM Abu Dhabi time, 6:40 PM Egypt and Saudi Arabia time, on Abu Dhabi Sports Channel 1 and Abu Dhabi Sports Extra.

Egyptian League

El Gouna vs Tala’ea El Gaish: 6:00 PM Abu Dhabi time, 5 PM Egypt and Saudi Arabia time, via ON Sport channel.

Pharco vs Al Ahli Bank: 9:00 PM Abu Dhabi time, 8:00 PM Egypt and Saudi Arabia time, via ON Sport Max channel.
