Cairo, Egypt – The great Egyptian musician Omar Khairat left the hospital and returned to his home,
after spending days in intensive care following a severe health crisis that caused acute shortness of breath.
His discharge from the hospital came after Omar Khairat’s health condition stabilized
and gradually improved, according to sources close to him.
The sources said that doctors stressed the need for Omar Khairat
to get a period of complete rest at his home to ensure a full recovery.
This led to him temporarily suspending all his upcoming artistic activities
and concerts until he fully recovers his health.
Presidential directive to monitor the health condition
In a gesture of appreciation for the musician Omar Khairat,
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi directed Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar,
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population,
By taking several urgent measures to ensure the best possible healthcare for the musician.
Omar Khairat’s media office had issued a statement
a few days earlier announcing his admission to intensive care.
Amid a wave of great concern among his fans.
But he returned and issued another statement confirming
that the condition was stable and that the musician was “fine”.
He explained that the decision to postpone his artistic engagements
came based on strict medical recommendations regarding the need for rest and recovery.
