Cairo, Egypt – Actress Tara Emad is close to filming her scenes in the movie “Taha the Stranger,” with only a few days left until the work is completely finished, in preparation for its release in the coming period.
A romantic story with a human touch
The film is an adaptation of a literary novel, based on the novel of the same name by author Mohamed Sadek. It unfolds as a romantic drama about a love affair between a young man and woman in their twenties, where their feelings of love intertwine with the conflict between reality and fantasy, in a dramatic treatment that highlights the enduring power of certain relationships that transcend time.
Heroes of the work
The film features a group of stars, most notably Hassan El Raddad, Khaled El Sawy, Cynthia Khalifa, Noha Abdeen, along with Farah Ezzat and Rital Abdel Aziz. The film is directed by Othman Abu Laban and produced by Ahmed El Sobky, and is considered one of the anticipated works that blends romance with a different dramatic approach.
Tara Emad’s latest work
Tara Emad recently starred in the series “Efrag” alongside Amr Saad, which aired during Ramadan last year. She portrayed a young woman striving to achieve her dream of becoming a singer.
The series depicted her as a young woman who begins her career working in hotels despite her difficult financial circumstances. She remains steadfast in her principles and refuses to succumb to pressure, particularly from a businessman who seeks to marry her without considering her wishes. This leads her on a journey of conflict between preserving her identity and pursuing her dream.
