Dubai, UAE – Dubai will host the Middle East and North Africa Blockchain Week 2026 from May 18 to 24. In an initiative that is the first of its kind in the region.

A statement said that the week’s activities extend across multiple locations in the city, with the participation of more than 5,000 people and about 100 speakers from experts and global sector leaders.

The event is organized by Skynet X Solutions, with the support of the Dubai Business Events Office of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai as an official partner.

The program includes more than 40 events covering the topics of artificial intelligence in blockchain. Regulations and legislation, digital assets, content creation, and trading platforms.

The event reflects Dubai’s move towards consolidating its position as a global center for the digital economy and innovation, in line with the goals of Dubai’s “D33” economic agenda. Through a new business events model that allows independent organizers, blockchain projects, and community leaders to organize their own events under a unified umbrella.

Executive Director of Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, Ahmed Al Khaja, said that the event embodies the rapid growth witnessed by the blockchain and digital assets sector in Dubai. It contributes to strengthening the emirate’s position as a leading global destination for future business events and sectors.

He added that Dubai continues to develop integrated business systems that attract companies, talent and investments from around the world. Pointing out that hosting such qualitative initiatives contributes to supporting the emirate’s position as a global center for the digital economy and innovation.

For his part, the CEO of the Dubai Blockchain Centre, Dr. Marwan Al Zarouni, stressed that the event is a natural extension of Dubai’s leadership in blockchain technologies. It reflects its model based on openness, cooperation and the ability to expand.

In turn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Association, Dr. Mohammed Al Hamiri, described the initiative as a prominent milestone in the regional blockchain system.

Meanwhile, founder and CEO of SkynetX Solutions, Mohamed Al-Husseini, stressed that the event confirms the strength of the innovation community and its ability to support the growth of future sectors.
