Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of the Dubai Chambers, organized 35 meetings with business groups and councils under the umbrella of the Chamber with the aim of coordinating joint work and learning closely about the changing requirements of all sectors.

In addition to reviewing the best mechanisms to support companies, enhance their competitiveness, and develop their business practices efficiently and effectively.

Discussing the reality and prospects of the business environment

These daily meetings are part of a series of intensive meetings that the Chamber is currently conducting with business groups and councils to discuss the reality and prospects of the business environment.

In addition to ways to enhance the readiness of economic sectors to adapt practically and effectively to global changes.

To ensure sustainable business growth with the highest levels of efficiency and consolidate Dubai’s position as a leading global center for trade and investment.

Representatives of business groups and councils participating in the meetings affirmed their firm confidence in the strength of Dubai’s economy and the emirate’s ability to keep pace with all changes.

They praised the government’s efforts to continue creating more growth opportunities and enhancing the competitiveness of the business community in all circumstances the world is witnessing.

Participants praised the close partnership between the public and private sectors in Dubai.

It has long proven its vital importance as a unique global model that contributes to developing the emirate’s economic system, enhancing the attractiveness of the business environment, and supporting the efficiency of the private sector.

To ensure increased development momentum and drive the growth of various priority sectors.

Meetings with business councils

The meetings organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce included business councils representing the nationalities of investors in the emirate.

The meeting was held with the American Business Council, the Dutch Business Council, the British Business Council, the Turkish Business Council, the Greek Business Council, the South African Business Council, the Pakistani Business Council, the Indian Business Council, the Chinese Business Council and the Philippine Business Council.

The meeting was also held with a number of business groups representing the economic sectors in the emirate.

The meetings included business groups specializing in a range of sectors, including real estate brokerage and real estate management, real estate development, and facilities management.

In addition to building materials, iron and steel, construction technology, perfumes and cosmetics, in addition to retail, clinics, restaurants, and fruit and vegetable trade.

As well as hotels, holiday homes, along with the intellectual property sector, employment, delivery, postal services, education, and travel and tourism agencies.

In addition to the food and beverage industries, pharmacies, and the recycling sector.

The meeting included business groups from the cybersecurity, supply chains and logistics, vehicle parts, advertising, and jewelry sectors.

Growth of business and economic activities

Business groups and councils play an active role in the growth of commercial and economic activities in Dubai.

By ensuring representation of various economic sectors, and facilitating constructive dialogue between the business community and relevant government agencies.

In addition to supporting efforts to improve the business environment and promote sustainable economic growth for the emirate.
