Abu Dhabi, UAE – ADNOC Supply and Services PLC announced record results for the second quarter and first half of 2026. Exceeding market expectations, and confirming its flexibility and operational strength. Supported by the strong performance of services that contribute to delivering energy products from the UAE to the world.

ADNOC Supply and Services achieved revenues of AED 9.49 billion during the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 98% year-on-year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also increased by 176% year-on-year to reach AED 4.06 billion. Net profit increased by 303% year-on-year to reach AED 3.49 billion.

revenues rising

During the first half of 2026, revenues increased by 46% year-on-year to reach AED 13.46 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also increased by 98% year-on-year. To reach AED 5.41 billion, with a profit margin of 40%, an increase of 11 percentage points year-on-year. Driven by the record performance of the shipping sector.

Net profit increased by 179% year-on-year to reach AED 4.3 billion, and the company raised its financial guidelines for 2026 for the third time. Reflecting the strength of the profits made in supporting ADNOC’s operations.

And shares the diversified ADNOC Supply and Services business model. Supported by its global operations and leveraging strong markets, the company achieved record levels of profitability and operating free cash flows during the first half of 2026.

At the same time, the company continues to consolidate its role as a key strategic enabler of ADNOC Group’s global operations. By providing a wide operating range, high reliability and sustainable flexibility that supports meeting the growing global demand for energy products.

fleet expansion

With the value of ship acquisitions and new shipbuilding commitments since the beginning of the year until now reaching about 8.5 billion dirhams ($2.3 billion). ADNOC Supply and Services continues to implement a major fleet expansion program within capital spending commitments amounting to AED 20.9 billion ($5.7 billion).

This expansion enhances the company’s ability to meet the growing and evolving requirements of ADNOC products. While providing additional energy to support future profit growth.

The company provided the third update to its financial directives for the full year 2026, reflecting the continued strong performance achieved.

These improved forecasts are based on the company’s efforts to support ADNOC’s operations, along with favorable fundamental factors in the shipping market. While maintaining conservative assumptions about market rates for the remainder of the year.

The Maritime Contracting Sector’s guidelines also remain conservative, assuming material handling volumes remain above the minimum contracted quantities. The operating rates of self-propelled lifting platforms will continue to be affected by regional uncertainty.

ADNOC Supply and Services continues to implement its strategic fleet expansion and modernization program. In March 2026, Arada, the fifth new liquefied natural gas tanker from China’s Jiang Nan Shipyard, joined the fleet. The “long” tanker followed in April.
