Dubai, UAE – Real estate transactions in Dubai recorded more than 10.68 billion dirhams during last week’s transactions. Through the implementation of 4,092 deals, it included sales worth 7.11 billion dirhams. In an indication of continued investor confidence in the real estate sector in the emirate, and continued investment momentum.
Real estate sales were distributed as follows: 2,708 sales of residential units, 179 sales of buildings, and 211 sales of land, for a total of 3,098 transactions.

Sales of ready-made properties amounted to about 3.17 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 948 deals. Distributed into 676 residential unit transactions, 61 building transactions, and 211 land transactions. While real estate sales surpassed the map, recording about 3.94 billion dirhams through 2,150 deals. Distributed into 2,032 transactions for residential units and 118 transactions for buildings.
Mortgage transactions recorded 845 transactions, worth 2.77 billion dirhams, distributed as follows: 500 transactions for residential units, 118 transactions for buildings, and 227 transactions for land.
The value of the donations amounted to approximately 806.35 million dirhams, with 149 transactions distributed over 106 transactions for housing units, 13 transactions for buildings, and 30 transactions for land.
Daily performance
In terms of daily performance, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, on Friday, about 1.32 billion dirhams. After executing 466 deals, including sales worth AED 790.68 million. The value of mortgages amounted to 503.52 million dirhams, while gifts amounted to 30.59 million dirhams.
Thus, sales accounted for about 59.68% of the total transactions recorded on Friday. Mortgages accounted for 38.01%, while gifts accounted for about 2.31%.
