London, England – Arsenal secured their place in the Champions League final after defeating Atletico Madrid 1-0 in the second leg of their semi-final at the Emirates Stadium in London.
Bukayo Saka scored the only goal of the game in the 44th minute, following up on a rebound from goalkeeper Jan Oblak, thus securing Arsenal’s place in the final.

In the second half, Atlético tried to get back into the game and appealed for a penalty after Giuliano Simeone went down. However, the referee refused to award it, and the attempts continued without any real danger to either goal.
Arsenal are returning to the Champions League final for the first time since 2006, when they lost the title to Barcelona.
The final is scheduled to take place on May 30 at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, where Arsenal awaits the winner of the Bayern Munich vs. Paris Saint-Germain match.
