He highlighted the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and official security agencies as the sole guarantors of national stability. Additionally, he called on the international community to maintain robust assistance. This support enables the military to enforce border control and fulfill its sovereign mandates.
Aoun noted that transitioning from crisis management to economic recovery requires upholding the rule of law. He also called for consolidating arms under state control. Furthermore, creating a safe environment is essential for international investment and institutional reform.
