  • Arab Unity as a Strategic Choice

Kuwait City – Former Kuwaiti Minister of Information, Sami Al-Nisf, has warned that the policies and practices pursued by Iran in the region represent a blatant challenge to the Arab nation, emphasizing that the current phase requires unified and decisive Arab positions to confront the growing threats targeting the region’s security and stability. In statements reflecting regional anxiety over rapid developments, Al-Nisf stressed that political and security coordination between Arab states has become an urgent necessity that cannot be postponed.

The Need for Enhanced Joint Arab Coordination

Al-Nisf explained that the successive regional developments impose a new reality that requires Arab states to strengthen their cooperation and coordination mechanisms. He warned that the continuation of current Iranian policies would exacerbate tensions and threaten regional stability, particularly given the sensitive situation currently unfolding in the Middle East. He noted that safeguarding Arab national security requires collective action based on a solid foundation of mutual understanding to ensure the confrontation of shared challenges and prevent the expansion of crises.

Arab Unity as a Strategic Choice

The former Kuwaiti Minister of Information affirmed that Arab unity has become a strategic choice in light of the rapid variables witnessed on the international and regional stages. He added that strengthening joint Arab action is the optimal path to protect Arab interests and preserve regional stability, stressing that Arab solidarity is the only guarantee to deter regional challenges and ensure a more stable future for coming generations.

Unified Arab Stance: “The challenges we face are not individual; they are challenges that affect the national security of the entire Arab nation. This necessitates the activation of joint Arab action mechanisms and the unification of political visions and positions to deal with any external threats that may affect the sovereignty of our countries or the security of our peoples.” – Sami Al-Nisf.
