Amman, Jordan – The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain with a number of drones.
It described them as a blatant violation of Bahrain’s sovereignty and a breach of international law.
The Ministry also affirmed the Kingdom’s full solidarity with Manama in confronting any threat to its security and stability.
Official condemnation of the attack
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry affirmed its categorical rejection of the Iranian attacks,
considering them a dangerous escalation and a violation of Bahrain’s sovereignty.
It called for respect for the principles of international law and for the inviolability of the security and sovereignty of states.
Solidarity with Bahrain
Amman emphasized its support for Bahrain in confronting any threat to its security and stability.
It also affirmed its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its territory and safeguard the security of its citizens.
Call for de-escalation
Jordan reiterated its call to avoid any steps that could escalate tensions in the region.
It emphasized the importance of prioritizing dialogue and diplomatic means to resolve crises,
thereby contributing to regional security and stability.
