Abu Dhabi, UAE – Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, affirmed the UAE’s full support for all regional and international efforts aimed at consolidating security and sustainable stability in Lebanon. This support aims to contribute to preserving Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to fulfilling the aspirations of its people for development and prosperity.
In his remarks, the UAE Foreign Minister emphasized that the UAE views Lebanon’s stability as a fundamental pillar for enhancing regional security. He affirmed Abu Dhabi’s continued support for initiatives that promote de-escalation. Furthermore, the UAE supports political and diplomatic solutions to address the existing challenges.
He noted that the UAE believes in the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination with regional and international partners to support Lebanese institutions. It also seeks to create the appropriate conditions for establishing security and stability. This is expected to have a positive impact on the economic and humanitarian situation in the country.
