Kyiv – Ukraine — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has asserted that Ukrainian military forces possess the full tactical capability to strike and disrupt critical supply lines belonging to the Russian army. This operational focus is embedded within ongoing widespread military campaigns across the southern and eastern combat theaters of the country.
Dismantled Logistics and the Erosion of Safe Routes
Zelensky added, in his latest briefings, that the fluid dynamics of the battlefield are undergoing continuous and rapid transformations. He explicitly noted that “there are now virtually no safe routes” left for Russian forces to utilize or maneuver through on those volatile fronts, given the relentless pace of heavy military engagements and reciprocal assaults.
The Ukrainian President clarified that his nation’s defense paradigms are increasingly and systematically focusing on sabotaging and severing Russian logistical support mechanisms. This targeted friction encompasses vital transport corridors, bridges, and field reinforcement lines, directly aimed at eroding the Russian military’s capacity to flexibly move, counter-maneuver, or entrench themselves in forward positions. Zelensky pointed out that this strategy is a cornerstone of broader operational efforts to solidify Ukrainian defensive fortifications and decelerate Russian advances along several pivotal combat axes.
Complex Tactical Friction and Sustained Attrition
Zelensky emphasized that the structural nature of the fighting in the south and east has grown exponentially more complex and arduous, as both sides maintain a heavy cycle of kinetic exchanges and tactical targeting of vital military infrastructure. He reiterated that Ukrainian brigades are actively working to scout and exploit systemic vulnerabilities within the Russian army’s rear supply echelons.
Intense military operations persist with high friction across multiple fluid fronts inside Ukrainian territories, as both factions launch coordinated counter-offensives to secure territorial gains and establish ground dominance. Concurrently, Kyiv reinforces its strategic stance, emphasizing that its current operational priority is to degrade, restrict, and eliminate the Russian army’s freedom of movement inside Ukrainian borders.
