Doha, Qatar — The Amiri Diwan of Qatar announced that the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamid Al Thani, received a phone call from U.S. President Donald Trump, during which they discussed regional developments and ongoing efforts to reduce escalation in the area.
