The center explained in a statement that recent tests and analyses conducted
on suspected samples have not revealed any human infections with the Hantavirus.
It also noted that preventive and control measures are continuing extensively in several areas experiencing high traffic volumes.
Chinese health authorities confirmed that they have increased surveillance levels at hospitals and health facilities.
Furthermore, awareness campaigns have been intensified in rural
and urban communities regarding methods of preventing zoonotic diseases, including the Hantavirus.

This announcement comes amid growing global interest in rare viruses,
particularly those linked to closed environments or atypical transmission methods, such as the Hantavirus.
