Cairo, Egypt – The makers of the film “Saqr wa Kanaria” will celebrate tomorrow with a special screening of the film at a cinema in 6th of October City, in the presence of the film’s stars and creators, along with a number of artists and media figures.

The film is scheduled for official release in cinemas on June 24th, amidst great public anticipation, especially after the huge success of the official trailer, which garnered millions of views across various social media platforms.
The story of the film “Falcon and Canary”
The film revolves around the character of “Saqr,” played by Mohamed Imam, a legendary mercenary who decides to leave behind the world of gangs and danger in search of a quieter and more stable life. However, his plans are disrupted after meeting “Bilal,” a writer obsessed with the world of espionage and adventure. The duo encounters a number of unexpected situations that lead them into a series of adventures and chases, within a framework that blends comedy, suspense, and action.

The film “Saqr wa Kanaria” stars Mohamed Emam, Chico, Yosra El Lozy, Yara El Sokary, Khaled El Sawy, Entesar, Ahmed El Azhar, and Wael Aouni, along with a number of guest stars, most notably Nesreen Amin, Diab, Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, and Lebanese actor Bassem Moughnieh. The film is written by Ayman Wattar and directed by Hussein El Manbawy.
