Sofia, Bulgaria – On Sunday, Semyon Hristov, player of the Abu Dhabi team and the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club Academy, won first place in the “Alka 4” category. Within the Sarafovo International Sailing Cup, which was held on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, with the participation of 62 sailors representing four countries.
Hristov gave a distinguished performance in competitions that witnessed difficult maritime conditions, full of strong winds, high waves and sea currents.
The achievement comes within the club’s academy’s technical program to develop its players and enhance their international experience. After Hristov finally participated in a training camp and a tournament in Hungary, as part of his preparations for external events.
