Furthermore, it requested that the public refrain from publishing rumors or false and unsubstantiated news reports.
The Dubai Government Media Office confirmed that it will take necessary measures against media outlets that publish false news or information related to the Emirate of Dubai, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate and the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, the Office stressed the importance of adhering to professional standards in media coverage and consulting official sources to verify information, especially when dealing with breaking news, as inaccurate information could cause confusion and mislead the public.
