Dubai, UAE – For the second year in a row, Dubai Airports won the “Exceptional Workplace 2026” award, presented annually by the Gallup Research Foundation. To consolidate its position among an elite group of global institutions that record the highest levels of job harmony among their employees. Dubai Airports ranked in the 77th percentile of this prestigious award, achieving a rate of 74% in terms of job harmony, compared to 71% recorded last year.

The award, presented by Gallup, whose latest global database includes 27.6 million participants and more than 6,000 organizations across more than 200 countries, is one of the world’s most reliable and rigorous assessments of work environments. It is awarded to organizations that meet precise criteria in terms of job harmony and developing employees’ strengths. At the same time, it proves that strategic investment in human capital is reflected in tangible results on the ground.

exceptional year

The award came during an exceptional year during which Dubai International Airport achieved the highest annual passenger traffic in its history. It retained its title as the world’s busiest airport for international travelers for the twelfth year in a row.

The focus on employee well-being is reflected in the investments made by Dubai Airports to develop future skills. In parallel with the ongoing development work at Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport.

Artificial intelligence technologies have been integrated into the organization’s learning and development strategy. Including microlearning platforms supported by a virtual trainer powered by artificial intelligence. In addition to using artificial intelligence tools to produce high-quality training content.

Developing national competency systems

Dubai Airports has started using artificial intelligence agents via the Microsoft Copilot Studio platform. In addition to using tools such as Negotiation Coach and simulation-based practical training programs that reflect the complexity of operational environments at airports.

Dubai Airports’ human resources strategy is based on capacity building and developing national competency systems. Providing clear paths for professional development for both Emirati and international talents alike.
