Abu Dhabi, UAE – In a move that reflects the UAE’s move towards promoting sustainable industry and consolidating a low-emission industrial model. The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced the activation of green certificates for factories within the National Green Certificates Program. This was during her participation in the “Make in the Emirates 2026” initiative.
This system is an integrated national framework for evaluating and accrediting sustainable industrial facilities. It relies on artificial intelligence technologies to measure energy and water efficiency and the quality of industrial processes. Stimulating industrial facilities
The initiative aims to encourage industrial establishments to adopt best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability.
