Washington, D.C. – The UAE government participated in the 2026 Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.

During these meetings, the UAE showcased its advanced experiences in streamlining bureaucracy and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

In addition, it presented a comprehensive set of best practices in governments operations.

Government reforms to enhance efficiency

During the meetings, the UAE presented its model for developing government performance through policies

aimed at simplifying procedures and reducing administrative complexities.

This model is reflected in improved service quality and faster decision-making across various governments sectors.

An integrated system for knowledge exchange

The country also reviewed knowledge-sharing initiatives that rely on transferring expertise and developing institutional capabilities.

This came within the framework of a vision aimed at promoting innovation in government work

and exchanging best practices with international governments and institutions.

International presence and pioneering Emirati experience

The UAE participation in international meetings underscored the country’s growing role in presenting advanced government models.

These models enhance the efficiency of public administration and support the transition towards more agile and effective governments,

thereby keeping pace with global economic changes and the requirements of sustainable development.
