Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Abu Dhabi Media Office announced that authorities in the emirate are currently dealing with the aftermath of an incident involving falling debris in Abu Dhabi Industrial City (Musaffah – ICAD).

The office explained that the debris landed on the premises of Raneen Systems Company, following the successful interception of hostile targets by the highly efficient air defense systems that secure the capital’s airspace.

The incident resulted in one moderate injury to a Ghanaian national, who was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Local authorities confirmed that field and security teams cordoned off the site immediately after the incident to ensure the safety of workers in the industrial area and began assessing the limited material damage to the building.

In the interest of accurate information, the relevant authorities urge all members of the public to obtain information only from official sources and to avoid circulating rumors, images, or unreliable information that may cause anxiety.

The authorities emphasize that defense and security readiness is at its highest levels to ensure the safety and stability of all vital facilities and residential areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
