Dubai, UAE – The Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai revealed the latest statistics on the performance of the tourism sector and the number of international visitors during the first 11 months of this year.
It demonstrated Dubai’s success in attracting 17.55 million international tourists between January and November 2025.
This is a record number, compared to the 16.79 million international tourists the city received during the same period last year, an increase of about 5%.
In November alone, Dubai received about 1.85 million tourists, with a daily rate of more than 61.6 thousand tourists.
According to data issued by the department, Western Europe ranked first in terms of the source of visitors to Dubai, based on geographical region.
It accounted for 21% of the total number of visitors during the period between January and November 2025.
It has registered more than 3.65 million international tourists.
It was followed by the Gulf Cooperation Council region, with about 16%, recording about 2.75 million tourists.
The South Asia region ranked third with about 15%, recording about 2.6 million tourists.
While Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Eastern Europe accounted for about 15%, recording more than 2.58 million tourists.
The Middle East and North Africa region recorded 1.95 million tourists, representing 11% of the total.
While North and Southeast Asian countries accounted for 9% of the total, recording about 1.64 million international tourists.
