Abu Dhabi, UAE – Etihad Airways confirmed its readiness for one of the busiest winter travel periods ever.

It is expected to receive more than two million passengers via Abu Dhabi during the current month of December, coinciding with school holidays and winter season celebrations.

The carrier stated in a press statement that the capital, Abu Dhabi, is attracting increasing numbers of visitors thanks to the diversity of its cultural and entertainment offerings.

Its growing appeal reflects a global destination, along with the rapid expansion of Etihad Airways’ network during 2025.

Al Ittihad encourages its guests to take advantage of its digital services, early registration options and registration facilities in Abu Dhabi.

This contributes to reducing waiting time and making travel easier for families and travelers for holidays or transit.

Etihad Airways provided some advice to travelers during the month of December.

These include: early arrival at the airport, using the Etihad app for a smoother experience, and taking advantage of Abu Dhabi’s travel clearance facilities.

In addition to the early baggage delivery service or the service of completing travel procedures from home.
