Dubai, UAE – UAE financial market indices ended trading higher on Tuesday. The Dubai Financial Market index rose by 0.278%, while the Abu Dhabi Securities Market index increased by 0.347%. Local stock markets recorded gains estimated at about 15 billion dirhams, supported by the performance of leading stocks.

The market capitalization of shares listed on the two markets rose from about 3.813 trillion dirhams at the end of trading on Monday. To approximately AED 3.828 trillion on Tuesday, distributed as follows: AED 2.865 trillion for shares listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange. And AED 962.73 billion for shares listed on the Dubai market.

Local stocks attracted liquidity exceeding AED 1.6 billion, distributed at AED 532.23 million in the Dubai market. And 1.07 billion dirhams in the Abu Dhabi market, after trading in 1,452.12 million shares. By executing more than 36,229 deals.

The Dubai Financial Market closed trading up by 0.278%, or 16.09 points, at 5812.37 points. Supported by an almost collective rise in shares of listed sectors, led by real estate, industry, and public utilities.

Dubai Financial’s market capitalization rose to about AED 962.73 billion at the end of Tuesday’s session. Compared to about 959.12 billion dirhams at the end of trading the day before yesterday, with gains amounting to about 3.6 billion dirhams.

Real estate sector.. The strongest

The market performance supported almost collective growth in sector stocks, led by real estate sector stocks by 0.46%, and industry stocks by 0.34%. Public utilities at 1.14%, and communications at 0.16%. In addition to luxury consumer goods and basic consumer goods, at 0.54% and 0.25%, respectively.

During trading, Emirati investors tended to buy with a net investment of about 41.88 million dirhams. After recording purchases worth 325.1 million dirhams, compared to sales worth 283.22 million dirhams.

The stocks listed on the market attracted liquidity exceeding AED 532.23 million, after trading of approximately 182.57 million shares. 13,823 deals were executed.

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange

In addition, the Abu Dhabi Securities Market ended trading up by 0.347%, or 33.87 points. To close at 9784.62 points.

The market capitalization of listed stocks rose to about 2.865 trillion dirhams, at the end of a session on Tuesday. Compared to about 2.853 trillion dirhams at the end of trading on Monday, with gains amounting to about 11.35 billion dirhams.

During trading, the stocks listed on the market attracted liquidity exceeding 1.07 billion dirhams. After trading approximately 269.54 million shares and executing 22,406 transactions.
