Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Dubai has seen strong performance in the real estate market.

Its sales have reached 600 billion dirhams since the beginning of this year.

In a figure that reflects the large volume of investment and confidence in the emirate as a global real estate center.

Total real estate transactions amounted to approximately 806.68 billion dirhams.

Business Bay topped the list of regions with the highest sales value since the beginning of this year, with sales estimated at approximately 33.67 billion dirhams.

In detail.. Real estate sales in Dubai recorded their highest level ever.

This was from the beginning of this year until the end of last week’s trading, Friday.

To reach 598.3 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 190,962 thousand transactions.

Higher regions

Business Bay» topped the list of regions with the highest sales value since the beginning of this year, with sales estimated at approximately 33.67 billion dirhams.

It was followed by the “Ellais 1” area with about 22.02 billion dirhams, then the “Jumeirah Circular Village” with 21.63 billion dirhams.

Then, “Ma’isem II” came in fourth place with 18.6 billion dirhams, and the “Burj Khalifa” area came in fifth place with 18.51 billion dirhams.

The Dubai Investment Park II area came in sixth with AED 18.47 billion, followed by Airport City with AED 18.44 billion.

Palm Jumeirah came in eighth with 17.37 billion dirhams, while Palm Jebel Ali came in ninth with 14.46 billion dirhams.

The “Yafra 1” region ranked tenth with 14.43 billion dirhams.

weekly performance

At the level of weekly performance, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, at the end of the week’s trading yesterday, about 18.89 billion dirhams.

This comes after the implementation of 5,942 deals, including sales worth AED 14.29 billion.

Weekly real estate sales were distributed as follows: 4,168 sales of residential units, 314 sales of buildings, 329 sales of land, and a total of 4,811 transactions.

Mortgages recorded 976 transactions, worth AED 3.69 billion.
