Dubai Financial’s market capitalization rose to AED 946.66 billion at the end of yesterday’s session, compared to AED 935.96 billion at the end of trading on Monday. With gains amounting to about 10.7 billion dirhams.
Supporting sector growth
The market performance supported the growth of shares in six sectors, including industrial sector shares by 1.07%, banking by 0.66%, and real estate by 0.49%. In addition to luxury consumer goods at 2.74%, public utilities at 2.05%, and the basic consumer goods sector at 2.36%.
During trading on Tuesday, citizen investors in the Dubai Financial Market tended to buy with a net investment of about 19.5 million dirhams. After recording purchases worth 365.31 million dirhams, compared to sales worth 345.81 million dirhams.
The shares listed on the market attracted liquidity exceeding 695.71 million dirhams, after trading about 247.72 million shares and executing 15,143 transactions.
Huge trades
It acquired shares of six companies listed on Dubai Financial: Emaar Properties, Talabat, Emirates NBD, and Emaar Development. Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Authority – Du, and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority – Dewa, account for more than 70.28% of the market’s liquidity. At the end of transactions.
