Dubai, UAE – With the aim of developing several phases of the “Life from Dubai South” project, an integrated residential community extending over an area of 10 million square feet. Dubai South Real Estate announced the appointment of Mohammed Abdul Mohsen Al Kharafi & Sons Company with a contract worth two billion dirhams. And that

The project is strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport and is designed as an integrated community that provides a balanced lifestyle within a carefully thought-out environment. Supported by a comprehensive range of facilities inspired by the concept of health and well-being.

modern designs

The residential units in Hayat are characterised by modern architectural designs that rely on simplicity and spaciousness, which provides residents with high levels of privacy and flexibility, in addition to modern living spaces.

The project includes about 2,500 diverse residential units, including townhouses, semi-independent villas, independent villas, luxury homes, and residential apartments. As well as hotel apartments, with designs ranging from one to five bedrooms.

The project also provides a wide range of facilities designed to enhance quality of life. Including green gardens, shaded walking paths, family play areas, and spaces for outdoor activities.

In addition to fitness and luxury facilities, swimming pools, and relaxation areas.

The project will also include a shopping center and a walkway containing a group of shops, cafes and basic services, in addition to lakes within the general plan.

Direct connection to the main road network

Hayat enjoys direct and seamless connectivity with the main road network and vital business centres. Including Al Maktoum International Airport, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and Dubai South Free Zone. Which makes it an ideal destination for families and employees.

Construction work is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with the first stages to be delivered by 2028.

Dubai South continues to strengthen its system by providing an integrated range of facilities and services that meet the daily needs of residents. Including public parks, sports fields, shops, a 50,000 square foot hypermarket, a mosque, and a gas station.

In addition to a public bus line linking the area to Expo Metro Station.

It also houses the James Founders School, while a 200,000-square-foot mall is currently being developed.
