Fujairah, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, met with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues related to the affairs of the nation

and its citizens, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

Affirming national values

Both sides affirmed that the aspirations of the citizens remain at the forefront of the leadership’s priorities.

These aspirations form the core of development plans and national initiatives across the country,

within the framework of the comprehensive development journey the UAE is achieving.

Their Highnesses commended the system of values ​​that characterizes Emirati society.

These values ​​strengthen its cohesion, unity, and ability to face challenges.

They expressed their wishes for the UAE’s continued progress and prosperity,

and prayed that God would grant it lasting security and stability.

A tour of Fujairah port

The President, accompanied by the Ruler of Fujairah, toured the Port of Fujairah.

During the tour, they reviewed the workflow and operational procedures in place to ensure continued high performance.

They also received a briefing on the port’s operational mechanisms and the services it provides across its various sectors.

strategic economic role

Their Highnesses affirmed that the Port of Fujairah is a vital facility in the UAE,

given its significant role in supporting the national economy and the global energy market.

They noted that the port contributes to strengthening the UAE’s position in international trade,

as it is one of the most important logistics hubs in the region.

Their Highnesses were accompanied on the tour by a number of sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials.
