Dubai, UAE – Ajman turned their deficit against host Al Nasr into a 2-1 victory, during the match that brought them together at Al Maktoum Stadium in Dubai, as part of the fourth round of the ADNOC Professional Football League.
Al-Nasr took the lead in the 26th minute through Ajdin Hrustic, who shook the net with a shot from inside the penalty area, ending the first half with the home side ahead by one goal to nil.
In the second half, Ajman managed to get back into the game, after Walid Azaro equalized in the 65th minute with a well-placed header, taking advantage of a cross from Saad Al-Hadani.
Ajman completed their comeback in the 73rd minute, when Saad Al-Hadani scored the second goal, after following up on a penalty kick that was saved by Al-Nasr goalkeeper Ahmed Al-Balushi.
