Doha, Qatar – The Syrian national team succeeded in achieving victory over its Tunisian counterpart, with a score of 1-0, in the match that brought them together on Monday evening, in the Arab Cup 2025 tournament.

The Syrian national team met Tunisia at the “Ahmed Bin Ali” stadium in Qatar, as part of the opening round of the group stage in the 2025 Arab Cup.

The Arab Cup 2025 tournament kicked off today, Monday, December 1, in Qatar and will continue until the 18th of the same month.

The winning goal for the Syrian national team was scored by Omar Kharbin in the 49th minute of the match, from a direct free kick on the edge of the penalty area, which he skillfully shot to the left of the Tunisian national team goalkeeper, Ayman Dahman.
