Abu Dhabi, UAE – The United Arab Emirates has condemned in the strongest terms the renewed attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan using missiles and drones. Abu Dhabi affirmed that these repeated assaults represent a flagrant violation of state sovereignty and a direct, unacceptable threat to regional security and stability, calling for the necessity of exercising wisdom and adhering to international law.

A Firm Stance and Condemnation of Sovereignty Violations

In an official statement issued today, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the country’s categorical rejection of any actions that could undermine regional security and stability, or threaten the safety of civilians and infrastructure. The ministry stated that the continuation of such aggressive attacks not only threatens the security of the targeted nations but also constitutes a clear violation of international laws and charters that govern relations between states and protect their sovereignty.

Full Solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan

The UAE reiterated its complete solidarity and standing in unison with the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during these critical times. The ministry affirmed its absolute support for all measures and actions taken by these brotherly nations to maintain their security and stability, and to protect their territories and citizens in the face of any security threats attempting to undermine their stability or terrorize their peoples.

Call for Wisdom and De-escalation: In light of the escalating military tensions witnessed in the region, the UAE called for the necessity of prioritizing dialogue and returning to the diplomatic track. Abu Dhabi emphasized that maintaining regional security and stability requires respect for state sovereignty and full commitment to the principles of international law, contributing to sparing the region further escalation and its dangerous repercussions on regional and international security.
