This comes amid ongoing security tensions along the country’s southern border.
Media sources stated that the airstrikes targeted populated areas and the outskirts of southern towns.
The strikes resulted in casualties, as well as material damage to property and infrastructure in the targeted locations.

Reports indicated that Israeli warplanes carried out several simultaneous strikes on multiple locations in the south.
There was also heavy aerial activity, causing panic among local residents.
