He also stressed the immediate and comprehensive cessation of hostilities, respect for the sovereignty of states and the principles of good neighbourliness, and the protection of sea lanes and freedom of international navigation. Including the smooth flow of movement in the Strait of Hormuz, and continuing negotiations towards achieving sustainable results that preserve the security and stability of the region.
