Cairo, Egypt – The Arab League’s General Secretariat headquarters hosted the Arab League’s meeting of the Committee on Educational Programs for Arab Students, with the participation of representatives from ministries of education and education experts from several Arab countries. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to develop educational content and enhance Arab cooperation in the field of education.

The meetings aim to discuss mechanisms for updating educational programs and curricula to keep pace with global changes and rapid technological advancements. Furthermore, they aim to strengthen cultural values and Arab identity among younger generations. The meetings also seek to develop educational tools that contribute to improving the efficiency of the educational process within Arab countries.

The Arab League affirmed that the committee is reviewing several joint educational initiatives and projects, including programs for students at various educational levels. These efforts aim to ensure the provision of modern and balanced educational content that meets future demands and the needs of the labor market.

The committee is also exploring ways to leverage digital technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance the educational process. It seeks to strengthen the exchange of expertise among Arab educational institutions, contributing to improved educational quality and higher academic achievement for students.

These meetings are part of the Arab League’s efforts to promote educational and cultural integration among member states. They also aim to support initiatives that cultivate generations capable of addressing contemporary challenges and actively participating in the sustainable development of the Arab region.
