London, UK – The UK Minister for the Middle East condemned statements issued by Hezbollah, which he deemed destabilizing to the Lebanese government.
He affirmed that the United Kingdom rejects any positions or actions that threaten political and security stability in Lebanon.
And he also stressed the need to halt Hezbollah’s attacks and work towards its disarmament.
He asserted that its continued military activity poses a challenge to efforts to establish stability in the country.
Criticism of Hezbollah’s role in the crisis
The British minister stated that Hezbollah has dragged Lebanon into
a war neither the Lebanese government nor the Lebanese people want.
He also noted that the repercussions of the recent clashes have cast
a shadow over the security, economic, and humanitarian situation in the country.

and strengthening their ability to extend their authority over all Lebanese territory.
The British official emphasized the necessity of ending hostilities and de-escalating tensions in the region.
He stressed that continued military escalation serves no one’s interests
and called on all parties involved to commit to diplomatic efforts.
These efforts aim to prevent the conflict from spreading and to preserve the security and stability of Lebanon and the region.
Condemnation of Israeli actions
