Brussels, Belgium – Ukraine Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha condemned the missile and drone attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates.
He stressed that these acts are unacceptable and pose a threat to regional and global security.
Official condemnation of the escalation
In a post on the X platform, Sepeha explained that his country expresses
its full solidarity with the UAE and its people in facing these challenges.
He stressed the need to de-escalate tensions and prioritize diplomatic solutions
to address the rising tensions in the region.
The Ukraine minister emphasized that the attacks represent
a dangerous escalation that threatens regional stability.
He called on the international community to take effective steps to reduce tensions
and maintain international peace and security.
A call for a diplomatic path
He stressed the importance of resorting to dialogue and political means as the only way to resolve conflicts,
rejecting military options that would only exacerbate the situation.
He noted that Ukraine maintains a firm stance against all forms of aggression and supports international efforts
aimed at strengthening security and stability in light of current geopolitical challenges.
