Tel Aviv, Israel – The Israeli military announced Wednesday the discovery of a Hezbollah rocket launching site and anti-tank missiles, amid escalating tensions on the Lebanese-Israeli border. The military stated that approximately 30 rockets were launched from southern Lebanon toward northern Israel, marking one of the largest rocket attacks on the northern front in recent times.
In response, Hezbollah released a video on its media platforms showing a cruise missile attack targeting an Israeli military site in the Upper Galilee region. According to a statement accompanying the video, the operation targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Misgav Am site, indicating that the attack was in retaliation for ongoing developments on the ground.
This escalation comes amid ongoing tensions on the border between Lebanon and Israel, where the two sides have been exchanging intermittent shelling, amid fears that the confrontations could escalate into a wider conflict in the region.
