Beirut, Lebanon – Lebanon recorded another bloody day with 56 deaths in 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 968. This comes amid a deepening humanitarian crisis and widespread destruction across the country.

Medical sources confirmed that local hospitals are under immense pressure due to the large number of wounded and dead. Meanwhile, emergency teams continue to transport the injured and provide first aid under extremely difficult conditions.

International and local human rights organizations have called for an immediate ceasefire and the urgent opening of humanitarian corridors. The goal is to ensure the delivery of food and medical aid to affected civilians, who are facing the threat of displacement and further devastation.

With this escalation, fear and panic are growing among the population. Regional and international calls for a swift de-escalation continue before the humanitarian catastrophe spirals out of control.
