  • Tension in “Al-Khashaa” and a plan to storm Hadramawt
  • A loop through “Homeland Shield”
  • Prepare for a “promising future”

Aden, Yemen – Southern government forces announced on Friday that they have raised their alert level to maximum in the “Promising Future” operation area. They vowed a decisive response to any military moves by the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated terrorist militias. This comes amid revelations of “circumventing measures” to redeploy Islah Party forces in strategic areas.

Captain: We are ready to crush the terrorist militias

In strongly worded statements, the official spokesperson for the Southern Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed al-Naqeeb, affirmed that the forces on the ground are steadfast and ready to deliver a decisive blow on all fronts. Al-Naqeeb stated, “The terrorist Muslim Brotherhood militias will be dealt with and crushed.” He also emphasized that the “false media hype” being promoted by some channels—including Al-Hadath and Al-Arabiya—is nothing more than a reflection of the militias’ impending defeat. He deemed it a professional and ethical failure on the part of these media outlets.

Tension in “Al-Khashaa” and a plan to storm Hadramawt

On the ground, Southern Forces revealed extensive preparations to repel any potential attack on the strategic al-Khash’ah camp in Hadramawt Governorate. Sources indicated that intelligence confirmed the withdrawal of Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated “emergency forces” from the Saudi border with Sa’dah (the Azal axis to the north). This was done with the aim of deploying them in an operation to storm Hadramawt.

A loop through “Homeland Shield”

In a notable development, field sources revealed that forces affiliated with the Islah Party (Muslim Brotherhood) have placed the “Homeland Shield Forces” logo on their vehicles and military equipment. The sources described this move as a “circumventing tactic” to circumvent the arrangements agreed upon with the Southern Forces.

Reports indicate that these forces are attempting to take control of camps and redeploy within them, particularly in the Thamud and Ramah areas of Hadramawt and Al-Mahra governorates. This comes after the Southern Forces announced the handover of several sites as part of previous arrangements, a move the Southern leadership deemed a blatant violation of security agreements.

Prepare for a “promising future”

These developments come amid escalating tensions in eastern Yemen. The Southern Command asserts that any attempt to alter the military map under false pretenses will be met with force. This is taking place within the framework of Operation “Promising Future” to secure the eastern provinces.
