Amman, Jordan – Jordan condemned in the strongest terms the Iranian attack that resulted in a missile hitting a civilian vehicle in the Al Bahia area of ​​the UAE. This attack killed one civilian.

Jordan described the attack as a flagrant violation of the country’s sovereignty. Additionally, it called it a dangerous escalation that threatens the region’s security and stability.

Jordanian rejection of the Iranian attack

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates confirmed in a statement that Jordan rejects and condemns these attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates.

The ministry stressed that such acts represent a clear violation of the principles of international law. Moreover, they are an attack on the sovereignty of states.

Full solidarity with the UAE

The ministry stressed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the UAE in the face of these attacks,

The ministry affirmed the Kingdom’s support for Abu Dhabi in all measures it takes. These measures aim to protect its sovereignty, security and the safety of its citizens.

Condolences to the victim’s family

The Jordanian Foreign Ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the civilian who was killed by the missile strike.

The ministry stressed that the continuation of these attacks exacerbates tensions in the region. Furthermore, it threatens regional stability amid the increasing military escalation.
