Caroline Kramer, General Manager of Orange Exhibition Management and responsible for organizing the Dutch pavilion, said that Dutch participation this year is distributed between the Dubai World Trade Center and the Dubai Exhibition Center in Expo City Dubai.

The majority participate in the Dubai World Trade Centre, while about 20 companies participate in the Expo City Dubai site.

She explained that the Dutch pavilion includes 27 companies specialized in the meat and dairy products sectors.

إلى جانب شركات عاملة في قطاعات المشروبات والأغذية المتنوعة.

She noted that the companies participating in the Dubai World Trade Centre focus primarily on dairy, meat, seafood, and beverages.

She noted that the Netherlands has been participating in the Gulfood exhibition for about 25 years, and is keen on an annual presence.

This is due to the exhibition’s international character and growing position on the world exhibition map.

She pointed out that Dutch participation this year witnessed a 50% increase in areas compared to previous sessions.

The number of companies increased to 72 compared to 65 in the previous session.

She added that Dutch products, particularly dairy products such as cheese, enjoy a global reputation for their high quality and reliability.

She stressed that Dutch companies see the UAE as an ideal platform to expand their businesses and build long-term partnerships with the region’s markets.

She stressed that Dubai represents a pivotal commercial center linking Asia and Europe.

In addition to its role as a major gateway to the Gulf markets, participation in Gulfood gives strategic importance to Dutch companies.
