Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Chamber of Commerce announced the establishment of the Bulgarian Business Council.
Which aims to enhance economic cooperation and stimulate partnerships between the business communities in Dubai and Bulgaria.
In addition to expanding the scope of investment cooperation across various sectors.
The first meeting of the Council, which was held at the headquarters of the Dubai Chambers, discussed ways to develop investments and promising business opportunities.
In addition to improving relations between Bulgarian companies and their counterparts operating in Dubai, sharing expertise and data, and organizing bilateral business events.
The establishment of the Bulgarian Business Council comes amid Dubai’s growing position as an international hub for Bulgarian companies and investors.
The value of non-oil trade between Dubai and Bulgaria reached AED 777 million in 2024, with an annual growth rate of 5%.
Which reflects the strength of bilateral trade relations.
With 54 new Bulgarian companies joining the Dubai Chamber of Commerce during the first nine months of this year, the total number of active Bulgarian companies registered as members of the Chamber at the end of last September reached 243 companies.
Business councils, which operate under the umbrella of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, represent the nationalities of investors who operate in the Emirate of Dubai.
These councils facilitate cooperation and coordination with the Chamber.
This supports the promotion of bilateral trade and investments between Dubai companies and companies from countries and markets represented by the councils, with the aim of developing economic partnerships.
