Dubai, UAE – Dubai topped the list of the world’s largest and most prominent tourist destinations in terms of hotel occupancy levels during November 2025.

It recorded strong performance, with the overall occupancy rate of hotel facilities in the emirate reaching 87.5%.

This is according to estimated data issued by Amadeus, a company specializing in tourism and travel technology services and solutions.

According to company data on the performance of the world’s most prominent and largest tourist destinations, Dubai continued to record strong performance rates throughout November 2025.

It peaked on November 6 at about 93%.

The first and second weeks of November recorded occupancy levels exceeding 87%.

During November, the hotel market in Dubai recorded occupancy levels exceeding 90% for seven days.

The general occupancy rate increased in November by more than 6% compared to the previous October, which recorded a rate of 82.4%.

This data includes hotel rooms only, as Dubai’s hospitality market includes thousands of “holiday home” units.

Dubai outperformed the world’s largest tourism destinations in November 2025.

Including New York, which recorded an occupancy rate of about 85.1%, London at about 78.4%, Paris at about 74.8%, and other international destinations.

Including the Dubai Airshow, ICOM Dubai 2025, and the Big Five.

In addition to the Gulfwood Manufacturing Exhibition, the Dubai Future Forum 2025, and many other prominent events.

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism revealed the latest statistics on the performance of the tourism sector and the number of international visitors during the first 10 months of this year.

Which showed Dubai’s success in attracting 15.7 million international visitors, between January and October 2025.

This is a record number, compared to the 14.96 million international visitors the city received during the same period last year, an increase of about 5%.
